Digital products

Solenari Care sells eBooks and digital guides delivered by email after an order is placed and paid. There is no physical shipment or item to return.

7-day refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Email contact@solenari-care-us.shop with your order number and details of your request.

Download or delivery issues

If the email did not arrive or a file does not open, check your spam folder and contact us. We can help locate the download link or resend the file.

Refund processing

We review refund requests and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing details will be confirmed when your request is reviewed; your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

There is no return shipping for digital products. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
